Return conditions:
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return. The parts must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag attached, clothing not damaged or stained at the risk of not being reimbursed. We do not accept refunds on accessories, unique pieces, swimwears and delivery costs.
Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund of your order. Return costs are your responsibility.
If you wish to make a return, contact our customer service at wabconceptstore@gmail.com by providing us with your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for return. We will then email you a return label allowing you to return your items to us. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, when preparing your returns, be sure to return with your order any product offered during the initial payment, under penalty of being invoiced later.
